Review: My son took his computer to The Hub to have the glass repaired. In addition to getting dirt under the glass which distorted the screen, the [redacted], damaged the wireless connection. My son took it back and after being given the run around, they finally decided they were incapable of fixing it and offered to get him a replacement computer online. It finally arrived about 3 weeks later and my son was able to use this computer for about 3 weeks until the return key broke. We took it back and [redacted] said the warranty he gave us was void because my son had spilled food and drink on the computer. This was a blatant lie. There was no damage whatsoever due to negligence on my son's part. A third party that checked it for us confirmed there was no food or drink inside the computer.Desired Settlement: We would like The Hub to honor the warranty they gave us and either fix my son's computer or buy him a replacement.
