original [redacted] that dealt with my door. He promises in the email to make sure all damages incurred during the installations would be fixed. In the 2nd email from [redacted], the new [redacted], her reply when asked to honor [redacted]'s promise was "[redacted] no longer works here." I also have additional emails for people who were working on the project. ? [redacted]

Review: I purchased my home from Hudson Inc. Shortly after purchasing my home I found out that the developers installed a faulty door in my home along with all of the other apartments in the building that have terraces/outdoor spaces. They agreed to fix the doors to spec after a long exhausting fight. They hired a company that was incompetent so this replacement took almost 2 years and 4 replacement doors that ripped my house apart. The last door left our outdoor space covered in the silicon that they used to caulk the door. After their last [redacted] agreed to have this cleaned up he left the project. Now Hudson is refusing to fix the problem saying he no longer works there. Under no circumstances should a property be left in worse condition after a job is started.Desired Settlement: I would like the damage repaired however they find an appropriate fix or the funds to hire someone else to repair it or replace the pavers.
