Thank you for your call. Your emails were received in my Junk mail which is rarely checked. A check in the amount of $will be mailed tomorrow 3-18-14. For the record we do not normally issue refunds on gift certificates but because her scheduling was an error on our part we
have agreed to do so. You may check with *** in a few days to make sure she received her refund
