The Humble Home Inspector

the humble home inspector broke the vents on the dryer exhaust vent during cleaning also leaving one foot of space between dryer and washing machine during the hook-up of new duct work . On jan 22 this was brought to his attention. I was told he would come the next day. NO communication from the humble home inspector as of this date 2 Feb.

Nick was prompt and professional. Our home has a cedar shake roof, and walking on it can cause damage. We loved that Nick used a drone to do that part of the inspection.

We recently had a major interior house fire and the entire interior of the house was covered with soot and had significant heat damage in the Kitchen. I contacted the Humble Home Inspector and made an appointment to meet. He made my fiancé and I feel at ease as he inspected the house and gave us his insight on what he thought of the whole situation. He even offered to stop by during the rebuilding process to take a look at the progress to ensure the restoration was up to current standards. I highly recommend as his demeanor and knowledge helped us through a very tough time.

The Humble Home Inspector came to our house to clean out our dryer vent. I am not sure the last time it was cleaned however he really cleaned it thoroughly! He was also very helpful with any questions I had. We will definitely be calling him again and would highly recommend him for vent cleaning services as well as the other services he provides.

He came to our house for a maintenance inspection of our home . We have been here for 30 years and I thought it was in perfect condition. He spent 4 hours looking at every aspect of our homes electrical, plumbing, structure, and integrity. Two days later I received a 43 page report with some findings...nothing major. But, he did uncover things that many home inspectors would have missed or neglected to look at. We also had him back for a dryer vent cleaning. 1st time in 19 years. in one hour he cleaned a whole bag of dust and lint form our system...preventing a home fire from the dryer lint buildup.
