COSTCO, KOHLS, NORDSTROM, and MACYS, ARE AT THE TOP OF MY "BEST" LIST...AND THE HUNGRY TREE JUST JOINED THEM!
When I think of those businesses I think of words like QUALITY, VALUE, INTEGRITY, HONESTY, and businesses that consistently do the right thing and always back up their products and services to make sure that the customer is satisfied.... period!
When we were "shopping" for the right business to remove a large tree, trim, shape and restore health to others we talked to [redacted] and several other businesses before deciding on The Hungry Tree. It was an easy decision based on [redacted]'s knowledge about trees and what needed to be done combined with a competitive estimate.
An appointment was set and a few days later [redacted] and his crew arrived at the promised time and went to work. Later in the afternoon we looked over everything they had done and thanked them for a job well done. Then, maybe three months later we realized that there was a problem and that one thing they had promised to do had not been done.
When I called their office, the very polite person took our number and said she would get ahold of [redacted] and have him call us. Ten minutes later I was talking with [redacted]. As I described the problem I felt he was taking this very personally and IMMEDIATELY promised that the problem would be completely taken care of and that he would have their office call me back to schedule a time.
Again, within a few minutes we had an appointment set for Saturday morning and a crew arrived and did even more than I had originally expected to make sure we were 100% satisfied and we were!
It is a pleasure in this day and age to find businesses that stand behind their work and feel bad when they find out something wasn't perfect the first time. It was this attitude and the great finished product which prompted me to write this review.
I will be using The Hungry Tree for all my future tree related needs and recommending them to my family, friends and neighbors. Very satisfied customer, Chandler, AZ February 23, 2014
