My name is [redacted] and I am the property managerI have been out of town for my son's weddingI just arrived back today and tried to call [redacted] for [redacted] with Revdex.comI left a message to please call me backThe person who filed the complaint did indeed lease and apartment with us here at Huntingtonshe paid the application fee and promised to pay the deposit the next weekShe was very excited about living at Huntington so we took her at her wordShe did, however, sign the application and it clearly states that if she cancels once approved, then she owes the depositWe held the apartment for weeks for her and got her application approvedShe canceled the day before she was scheduled to move inWe mailed her a final account statement to the address on her application but it was returnedSo she must have decided to move somewhere else after we had taken the apartment off the market for herDeposts being owed or not returned is common practise in my industry because when we take an apartment off the market, we miss the chance of leasing it to someone else that would have moved inShe did call and speak to me about this and I explained it to herAgain, we did mail her the final bill but it was returned to usWe have this in her file.Please let me know if you have any other questions or concernsShe is, of course, able to come by and pick up copies of all her paper work, as well as, a copy of the returned mail that was address to the address on her application.Thank you, [redacted] General Manager
