Ordered clothing from The Hustle State Credit card charged but product not delivered.
I order Seattle Shirt Ã? 1 Light Blue / Order number *** on 1/12/2020. I received an email on 1/13 that the product was shipped, tracking number . Our credit card was charge on 1/13/2020. The tracking information never updated and on 1/29/2020 I contacted the company via email which is the only way to contact them. I did receive a response on 1/29 assuring me that they have fixed the problem and my order has been shipped and they would contact me with an updated tracking. As of 2/6/2020 the company claimed the original shipment was lost in shipment. I was promised an updated tracking I still have no update as of 2/15. I emailed them again on 2/15/2020 to request a refund with no return response.
Either have the product delivered in an expedited manner or refund our money immediately.
The customer contacted us regarding their shipment and tracking status and we opened an internal investigation to locate the shipment. Communication with the carrier indicated that the original shipment was "lost in transit" and a re-shipment did occur with new tracking issued on 2/21/2020 (), however, the customer had requested to cancel the order and the request was approved through our customer support team but we could not retract the re-shipment as it had already been processed through our shipping department and transported to the shipping carrier. The customer received a full refund back to the original payment method used at checkout which posted back on 2/24/2020 and we did provide email communication of this with the customer. We received delivery confirmation on 3/5/2020 and no further contact from the customer has occurred. We consider both the order and this case a closed matter.
I placed an order from this supposed online businesses, which has a profile and adds running on , for a $45 long sleeved shirt on 12/26/19. The terms noted that it could take up to 7 - 21 business days to arrive. It appears to be a legit website/business and didn't think much of the long delivery terms. I associated it with possibly being an up and coming business and delays due to the Holidays. I've now been waiting for my purchase for over 30 days (1/31/2020). I sent an email listed as a contact on their website () and received a delivery failure. I tried the phone number listed () and an answering machine came on saying that "we aren't currently set up to take phone calls. Please submit a request by clicking on Contact Us listed on our web page. The fields ask for your name, email, and message. I've sent one out and have never received a response. I'm assuming that it's bogus as well.

Desired Settlement: Refund I would like a refund if possible and the business looked into to see if it's a legitimate business before more people are scammed.
This customer placed an order on our website for (1) Seattle Shirt, Light Gray on December 29, 2019 (not December 26). Our shipping terms for orders being delivered to US based destinations is 7-14 business days. The order was delivered on January 21, 2020 - 13 business days from the shipping date and within the terms of our Shipping Policy. At the time of this case being opened with the Revdex.com, on February 1, 2020, the order had already been delivered as confirmed by the carrier, , on January 21, 2020 "January 21, 2020, 12:27 pm Delivered, In/At Mailbox *** Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 12:27 pm on January 21, 2020 in ." and this has been confirmed with the carrier directly. Yes, the phone number listed on our website directs to our answering machine as the number is primarily for our supplier/vendors/manufacturers to reach us, which we do explain in the recording. We are a small company not yet in the position to provide live phone support. I do not see a prior email from the customer in our inbox but I do show the 2 different contact us form submissions (one on 1/30/2020 which we responded to on 1/31/2020 and another on 1/31/2020 which we also responded to on the same day). Yes, if you *** our address it does show as a *** residential address - this is our business filing address as we are a home based internet business with an offsite warehouse and shipping partner.
I'm emailing you in reference to Revdex.com Complaint Case# ). The item that ordered on 12/29 finally arrived at the delivery address provided with my order this past Monday. It took a great deal of effort to reach the company due delivery failures from their contact email address, only being able to reach an answering machine when calling, and then finally being notified by the company and postal service that the tracking number was showing the package as being delivered to an unknown and non-postal service address approx 25 miles away on or around 1/13. While I've never had such a difficult time receiving an order in the past, and was left to assume at a certain point that I was scammed, I'd like to close and remove the case off the record if possible. They claim that they're a start up business and just getting things up and running. I wouldn't do business with them again, but don't want my claim costing them future business if possible.
