low on Freon. The customer called me again on Sept. 29th telling me the system had stopped working again. I advised him that I could come and look but if the Freon had leaked out again finding the leak could get very expensive. He stated that he had already paid $310 and I need to come and fix it for free or give him his money back. At this point I knew that know matter what I did this customer would not be satisfied. I was preparing to leave for vacation on October 1st and did not have the time to service his unit especially since he wanted it done for free. He was more them welcome to call another heating and cooling company to find the problem since there are no warranties on Freon. I did not install the unit so I could not be held responsible for Freon leaks and since he made it clear that he wouldn't pay anymore then he already had and he was threating to sue and call the Revdex.com I told him to do whatever he felt comfortable doing. He should've called whoever installed the A/C to find the leak instead of threating me when it leaked out. I have no idea what is actually wrong with the unit now since the last time I talked to him it was to cold to check air conditioning. It could be another problem other then Freon but, since he feels that after I put Freon in the unit I should warranty it against any and all defects and refuses to pay for any additional work, I have no choice other then to refuse to service it. The day after he told me it went back out I went on vacation for three and a half weeks and the company I had doing my service calls refused to go look at it since he made it clear he wasn't going to pay for additional work.
