Before I hired this law firm ,the lawyer Trevor seemed to be really gun ho on handling my case and getting me some results. 2 months in and I only heard from him once! when I call he is never in, which leads me being diverted to a legal aid with no direct answers to anything, what about ttd? I paid out of pocket for these doc appts that I did get...Don't have any insurance so I can't schedule a doctor appt without money. Even if I wanted to go back to work injured just to pay some bills I can't even do that! at my wit's end .If he couldn't help why take me on as a client? Well time to move on lesson learned

I WAS HIT FROM BEHIND IN A CAR ACCIDENT 12/30/2017, IT WAS ACTUALLY A HIT AND RUN. THE POLICE FINALLY CAUGHT UP WITH THE YOUNG LADY WHOM HIT MY CAR. I HIRED THIS LAW FIRM TO REPRESENT ME THE VERY NEXT DAY 12/31/2017. I THEN WENT TO ILLINOIS HAMMER DOCTORS FOR THEREPY, SHORTLY DURING THEREPY, I DISCOVERED THAT I WAS 6 WEEKS PREGNANT AND LOST THE PREGNANCY DUE TO A FRACTURED PELVIS, CAUSED BY THE HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT. SO AS INSTRUCTED BY MY ATTONERY TO BE PATIENT, MY CASE SHOULD SETTLE SOON, BUT BY 7/30/2018 NO OFFER WAS MADE SO NOW THE FIRM I HIRED, TRANSFERRED MY CASE TO SOMEONE ELSE 8/2018. I WAS FINALLY INTRODUCE TO THE NEW GUY ON MY CASE, HE CONTACTED ME 10/2018 AND WAS VERY RUDE TO ME, HE STATED THAT MY CASE COULD TAKE A FEW YEARS TO SETTLE AND I WILL ONLY WALK AWAY WITH $500.00 IF THAT.. AT THIS POINT I CONTACTED ILLIONIS HAMMER AND TOLD THEM THAT THIS NEW GUY IS RUDE AND I DON'T WANT HIM TO REPRESNT ME! IL. HAMMER TRIED TO REASSURE ME THAT THIS GUY WAS BEST PERSON TO HANDLE MY CASE AND ALL I HAVE TO DO IS BE PATIENT. I'M VERY FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I DIDN'T HIRED THIS RUDE GUY AND IT HAS BEEN 2YRS. AND 6MONTHS, MY CASE HAS NOT SETTLE YET! BOTH PARTIES HAD INSURANCE, I LOST MY BABY AND THIS SEEMS TO BE A JOKE TO THEM..THEY KEEY TELLING ME THAT MY CASE IS A LOW COLLISION ACIDENT, BUT HOW WHEN MY FETUS LIFE WAS LOST AND I'M STILL SUFFERING MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY FROM THIS ACCIDENT THAT OCCURRED 12/30/2017, IT'S ALMOST CLOSE TO 3YEARS AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVE AN OFFER...
This is a case that is heavily disputed and in extensive litigation. We have advised the client as to the length of time and the client is frustrated. The courts are moving slowly and we had advised the client it will take years. Most cases move quickly, but this is a highly contested case. I am sorry the client is frustrated by how long the court system takes, but the client has turned down multiple outstanding offers, and must wait out a trial.

The case was handled and I received a good settlement. At first I didn’t feel that I was being kept informed about what was going on but communication improved as negotiations were being done. I would recommend this firm.

I've been reading all the complaints and let me tell you their all happen to me when I first hired them I had a lady lawyer forgot her name they switch my lawyer with out even telling me I found out by the person that answer the phone now my new lawyer trevor said we might lose money if we take my case to court which is a whole another story so I agree to the offer on the table it was right before x-mas trevor said it would take about 30 days that was on oct. 8 2019 and that was the last time I talk to him called several times always get voice mail you can't get pass the people answering the phones there should be a law where you can fire your lawyer where he loses the work he put into it and the new lawyer takes over I will never recommend them in matter fact i'll to the opposite

I had three cases with Dominique and I was satisfied with each case. Great communication with the client and very understanding these guys don't rush you off the phone. Dominique will give you his personal time so you as the client can have a full understanding of your case..

Please people as a working man for 14 years. Use your local law offices , spend the 30% , your future self will be thanking you . I decided based on online reviews to use this law firm when I had my injury at work . This was my first time ever having to use a lawyer for anything so I was also just not in the know about how these law firms operate. From day one the employee was allowed to push me around . I was even threatened buy them as well as my Dr . I followed everything to a t and was still allowed to be taken advantage of by my employer because they claim my injury was preexisting. Took a year to find out they weren’t going to do anything for me which was just enough time to lose lose and sell everything my family owned. The worst part is I’m still suffering from the knee injury.
We understand Mr. Rocha's frustrations. Unfortunately even after winning a quality settlement, Mr. Rocha was unhappy with the results due to the amount owed back to a loan company that he borrowed from during this process. I enlisted this workers compensation firm to handle my injury case in sept. of 2017, it is now 26 months later and all I have received from them is excuses about why my case is not being settled. People should not have to wait for years for service, and now when I attempt to communicate with them, they wont respond. I suggest you find a firm that has your interest in their priority list....they clearly do not care about this customer.
After attempting to reach Mr. in May of 2019 via phone call, email, and text message his attorney did not hear back from him but continued to work on his case by requesting medical bills and files. Once we were made aware that Mr. was unhappy we reached out to him via phone call and email to let him know the case was delayed because of pending paperwork. Since then Mr. and his new attorney have been in contact and are discussing Mr.’s options.
