I previously posted a complaint about not being able to reach the owner [redacted] ***. I did finally hear from him in an email after posting that complaint. He stated he would send out a check and I... should received it this week. I did receive the check. It was supposed to be in the amount of $468.16. The check I received was in the amount of $148.96. He stills owes our company, which is a cancer center, $319.20. I called and left a voice mail. This man is a swindler. He is on the web as a reputable recycler. His phone number is ###-###-#### and his company is The Imagining Network. His email is: [redacted] . AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I spoke with [redacted] from The Imaging Network today after calling a different phone number [redacted] informed me the check was sent on 9/25/for $150+/- I informed her that there are problems with that First, we haven't received the check and we should have if it was mailed when they said and that the amount was not correct She said she only writes the checks for the amount told to her by Tim I gave her the correct amount of the check and she became defensive stating they only pay for film not paper I explained to her that we choose their company as they quoted the same cents per lb price in sleeves or out of sleeves Since this was different than the other companies I spoke with I specifically clarified that we would be receiving payment of cents per pound even in their jackets I was told yes, timesSarah then told me that Tim would phone me about the discrepancy I am waiting for a check for the amount owed of $ Sincerely, [redacted]
I spoke to the customer on Monday a check for the desired amount will go out on today I explained to her that her film had less silver than convention film but will pay above the standard market amount to get this resolved She should have a check by the weekend and once she receives the check I will consider this matter closed Thanks

was sent on 9/25/17 for $150+/-. I informed her that there are 2 problems with that. First, we haven't received the check and we should have if it was mailed when they said and that the amount was not correct. She said she only writes the checks for the amount told to her by Tim. I gave her the correct amount of the check and she became defensive stating they only pay for film not paper. I explained to her that we choose their company as they quoted the same 25 cents per lb price in sleeves or out of sleeves. Since this was different than the other 3 companies I spoke with I specifically clarified that we would be receiving payment of 25 cents per pound even in their jackets. I was told yes, 3 times. Sarah then told me that Tim would phone me about the discrepancy. I am waiting for a check for the amount owed of $357.50.
