It was a pleasure speaking with you today, after our conversation, I contacted [redacted] not realizing that we already spoke before regarding this matter, when I returned her call at the time, she left me a message about the $50.00 authorization.
 
During my conversation with [redacted] this afternoon, she stated that she attended to close the file online letting Revdex.com know that the issue is resolved but she did not know how, therefore I provided her with your contact information.
 
In the meantime regarding my respond to the guest complain ID # [redacted].
 
As the guest checks in we inform the guest that there will be a security authorization on the credit card for the amount of $50.00 per night which also will be utilized for any other miscellaneous charges during their stay.
 
[redacted] provided her card at the check in, and stayed with us for one night 01/31/2015, the credit card authorization of $50.00 was held on her credit card during her stay.
 
When [redacted] checked out and there was no miscellaneous charges, the authorization of $50.00 was released, which usually takes couple of days to show back to the guest account depends on the bank of the card holder.
 
Currently [redacted]’s credit card company released the authorization amount of $50.00 and made the fund available back to her account.
