I ordered some Ashwin Pharma Neem oil from this coming early January. I came upon the site from a Google search. I found the product on their website and ordered the product.The products seem pretty legit and I like the prices. The oil was $ 2.39 shipping handling $5.99 total $8.38 not much at all can't complain about that. When I placed the order I was told that I would be notified when shipped out. I haven't heard anything for about 2 weeks. I went back on the website
Got contact email. I emailed about 7 times asking about the product I ordered even asked for a refund a couple days laters no response. I then got the contact number I called twice no answer waited a couple days called again. Someone finally answered I introduced myself and ask about the product I ordered. The person was very rude and hung up the phone. Still no email no phone call back and still no product. I know it's not much but I ordered that product and was expecting it. I just want my money back. Thanks!
