I previously posted that I highly recommended this shop. I now have a different opinion of their operations given my most recent repair.

I brought in my son's 2007 Dodge Caliber for electrical problems. At the time of my original phone call with them, I spoke with Tom and told him that I believed there might be a problem with the Integrated Control Module.

In spite of what I told him about no sound coming from the car at all during startup, he said the problem might be a bad starter or some other electrical component.

They had the car for more than a week; and, after day 8, they advised that the problem was indeed a bad Control Module. A guy I spoke with over the phone advised that the price out of the door would be $900. I suspect that the part will be a reconditioned one; but, I just wanted the car to be repaired; so, I agreed to the price.

This morning, I got a call from Tom to advise that the car was repaired.
