Review: I have received horrible customer service while dealing with [redacted] at Elmwood Gardens in Coatesville. PA owned by Ingerman. She is rude, has lied and does not have the customer service skills needed to be in her position. I was so appalled I contacted her regional manager, [redacted], and to my surprise he was less than helpful and actually took her side. Only after I advised I wanted to escalate the matter he asked me to call him so he could find out what happened when that should have been the first thing he should have done instead of assuming that [redacted] side of the story was the "real" story. I do not conduct business this way and would like to speak with someone to address this matter immediately.Desired Settlement: The lack of customer service to be addressed as this is not the first time.
