This is a total scam company. 1st..they make you pay with a credit card before they will send you a proof of your pen.
I sent my logo.The next day a prof came back that didn't even resemble my logo. Thety did not respond to me asking for a new proof. You can not get them on the phone. The do not answer..only live chat. The live chat people are EXTREMELY rude. Sarcastic, not helpful. After 2 days oif waiting for my pen..I went to their live chat & stated I didn't get a 2nd proof..no one will answer the phone nor emails...the response was this (its copy & pasted)Your order was cancelled. (I asked WHY??) the response was...Sorry order was. Good bye. I saw a lot of bad reviews and didn't listen...Don't use this company.they should be shut down!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I have had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. I have been trying to put an order in online and after wasting much of my time, "[redacted]" did my order math incorrectly, and then proceeded to deny my business upon realizing this. I followed up with a phone call and "[redacted]" proceeded to act strangely when I asked about [redacted] and if I could speak to a manager or owner, and then hung up the phone on me. I can't imagine this is normal business practice, but I can assure you it is not efficient and they have most certainly lost our business. We are a nonprofit organization that brings music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities and would have been long-time customers with our consistent need for marketing products. This would have been a small batch trial order to see if you would be the best vendor for us to use. The message transcript is below.

As a small business owner, I would never treat anyone that way and I hope your reps don't run your business like this with all of your customers. Very disappointing.
