Hi ***I am attaching the email I sent out to all my booked clients and then my response to Ms* *** What she wrote was on the verge of slander and not at all what I had saidI have clients whose weddings were on the calendar before hers some of which were paid in full and are weeks
away instead of almost a year away*** Ms*** is asking me to do something I find just wrong, to put her above the clients before her who some of which are scrambling to find a new venue. Here is the correct time line.*** and *** toured on 9/24/at 5:30pmThey asked me to email a contract.*** and *** came to our open house on 9/27/during the hours of 5pm-8pmThey brought with them the contract I had emailed at their requestWhen *** seemed hesitant, I left them alone in the groom's room and told them I didn't want them signing if they were not comfortableI went on to talking to other booked clientsWhen they tracked me down the had the signed contract booking 11/3/& gave me the deposit of $ck #(*** * *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***) That left a balance due of $invoice #to be paid months prior and months prior. On 10/20/I got an appraisal on the property in the start of purchasing the property. On 11/I made my formal offer to purchase the property I have been running my business on for almost years. On 11/28/at 2:13pm I got the eviction email. On 11/28/at 8:31pm I sent an email to all booked clients for That email is attached. This morning I received a text saying she was going to file a lawsuit after noon todayText string attachedWhen you go to the Revdex.com are you not agreeing to work things out before taking it to the courtsThat is my understanding of the Revdex.com dispute resolution.Since getting tied up in legal fees will only hurt the other clients who are in this same situation and being very understanding, I will be going against my conscience and will be sending a check today for $1886.00. BTW, as far as her claims against my character, all you need to do is search The Inn at Wild Rose Hall and read almost years worth of reviews to see how I have run my businessI have run it with love, honesty & compassionThe change on direction was not by choice but what I chose to do once I lost years worth of hard workI am creating a new venue to help the clients who are choosing to stick with meThat wasn't my plan but the door closed on the original one and I am making the best I can out of the situationThat is all I can do.Sincerely, *** *** ***
