The Inn at Wolftever

I have used Wolftever Inn for boarding several times over the past several and was satisfied for the most part until the last boarding a few daysWhen I picked up my year Weiner clerk did an excellent job taking my $for the dayHowever, when I received her things back I noticed that most of her food, which I provide in separate bags marked by day etc When I asked why my dog only received one of the five meals they could only explain it may been because of the TRAINEE who had been assigned take care of her, upon hearing this I became furious knowing had been done or not done When I picked my dog up the poor thing could hardly walk apparently because hadn't eaten but also finding out when I arrived home that none of her pills had been given to her either, not a oneAs usual I leave a very detailed sheet including not only her feeding schedule which given her age includes an anxiety pill which she did not get, pain pills which she did not get, cosequin pills which she did not getAlso I asked that my shirt be put on her bed which was still in the bag unusedThis TRAINEE obviously did nothing that she was supposed to and I blame the manager for trusting her knowing that my dog required TLC while thereSO IF YOU THINK THAT JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE PAYING THE HIGHEST BOARDING FEES IN THE AREA THAT THE CARE IS BETTER, THINK AGAINTHEY WON'T SEE ME AGAIN AND OH BY THE WAY ASk THEM WHY YOU ARE BEING CHARGED SALES TAX ON BOARDING WHEN THE TN TAX DEPARTMENT CONFIRMED THEY SHOULD NOT BE DOING
ONE OTHER THING, THIS ALL CAME ABOUT LAST AND ALTHOUGH I WAS ASSURED THE OWNER WOULD CALL ME - ITS MONDAY AFTERNOON AND NOT A PEEP
