Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Hello,Please note, as indicated with the photos provided I called the Inn multiple timesI left messagesThe response from the business has not be polite or courteousTo insinuate I am only complaining to receive money is a waste of my time as well as yoursI have seen no acknowledgement of the fact that our key is taped to the door, that we must toss it in the trash once we have checked out, etcI also do not appreciate the accusation of "threat." I have stated the fact that I was in contact with the Revdex.com and after the insinuation of wishing to collect money (which is highly unprofessional) I have sent the emails to the Revdex.com as proofIt is now Wednesday, I have sent that email complaining Monday, before p.mI do appreciate your time and attention to my case Thank you In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

the time not in retrospect and with threats.SincerelyColette at The Inn Spot Dear *** ***I am in receipt of your email belowI am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your lack of services though I am not sure which services you are referring to.We, the inn Keepers were available each day until 9am in the Main House at which point the Head housekeeper was available to you and could be found on the property each day until 6pm.At no time did you come to see us nor The Housekeeper nor do we have any record of you calling either the main number of the emergency number provided to you and also posted on the sign at the front door.A quick check of our website and social media accounts will show that we do not serve breakfast on Saturdays and that we posted that The Restaurant would be closed this past weekend/Sunday for a private event.Re: services - your room was cleaned each day for you and our yoga, paddle board and kayaking services were all open and available to youThe fully functioning remote controls for both the A/C unit and the TV are in the room as they were during your stay.That you managed to stay the full weekend under such circumstance that you express in you letter and have chosen only to complain after you left begs the questionAlthough I think that you have made it clear what you want.SincerelyThe InnKeepers** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** ***

The Inn Spot agrees that it will not charge the balance of the amount due on reservation #[redacted] and in return [redacted] will remove any and all negative reviews that she or Mr Otero or any of thier agents may have posted in reference to The Inn Spot by 7/**/16.Please advise Colette at The Inn Spot

Hello,Please note, as indicated with the photos provided I called the Inn multiple times. I left messages. The response from the business has not be polite or courteous. To insinuate I am only complaining to receive money is a waste of my time as well as yours. I have seen no acknowledgement of the fact that our key is taped to the door, that we must toss it in the trash once we have checked out, etc. I also do not appreciate the accusation of "threat." I have stated the fact that I was in contact with the Revdex.com and after the insinuation of wishing to collect money (which is highly unprofessional) I have sent the emails to the Revdex.com as proof.
