We have mortgage solutions as our mortgage company I called USAA and told them of the hail damage to the roof at our home The adjuster came to the home within a week We received our statement of the cost for refoof the house and revived the check within a week Now the check comes back with our names and mortgage solutions and are told we need to send check to MS We find help to put on new roof and call MS who states they will send a portion of the check within 5-days The weeks later and several calls we get the check The roof is now finished we call MS and tell them the roof is complete and need the rest of the funds to pay all the expenses They tell us we need to have contractor to sign against Lein There is still no one from MS to verify roof is completed and we are still waiting for the funds Unacceptable This is the only company I have had to go through all these hoops Unacceptable
Worst experience ever! It took them months to close this loanI received a conditional approval months in, took another because why? They had all but we a few pieces which took a day or to clear when they actually worked on it
Hounded for information for days on endPhone calls are not answered, but endless streams of text messages and emails requesting outlandish informationNever directly answering questions but rather responding with insulting remarks and irrelevant gibberishAll for a simple loan of 50K where I am placing 56K out of my own pocket on a property worth 100KWhen calling and/or meeting in persons clerk seems to be playing computer games or text messaging, extremely unfocused
Emails actually went in junk folder because they had no introduction and were more like some sort of advertisement or text message of some sort!
Unable to make a simple call to resolve issue, but able to send endless streams of emails

You have now helped me over the years pay off all my debt and 50% of my mortgage with the program you guys provided for me along with the ongoing outstanding customer service.....couldn't of done it with out you!!! I met with a MS "loan officer" on October 6 to inquire about refinancing a small balance on our mortgage and/or a possible loan to make a lateral move to another home. Was told I would hear in one or two days. Three phone calls, an email and three weeks later--still no word!! Seems some of the delay has to do with who will get the commission on the loan (not a salary based firm!) and pure negligence on the part of others. Don't waste your time
