In re: complaint # [redacted] To whom it may concern, I am responding to a complaint I received yesterday filed by Mr. [redacted] concerning his recent visit to our store. I am a little confused about his complaint but I will respond to the best of my ability. When Mr. [redacted] arrived at our store he shared his story of being a “Good Samaritan” and helping a distressed motorist and in return he damages his own car to the point he has to replace a tire. When our employee [redacted] (a Gulf War veteran as well as a thirteen year veteran of Ride-Wright Tire) discovers that his wheel did not have a TPMS valve stem that is required to allow the tire pressure monitoring system to function properly, he told Mr. [redacted] of its absence. Mr. [redacted] told [redacted] that he was aware of its absence. Mr. [redacted] then in fact calls back questioning why his TPMS light was on and when [redacted] tried to explain Mr. [redacted] then hung up on [redacted]. What Mr. [redacted] has stated in his complaint is very accurate up to the point of him accusing [redacted] of theft. [redacted] has an impeccable record with serving our country as well as our company and I don’t feel Mr. [redacted]’s accusation should be taken lightly. We keep a complete inventory on our shelf of replacement TPMS valve stems that average $49.95 in price. I really do not see any benefit of [redacted] “stealing” Mr. [redacted] nonexistent TPMS when [redacted] has access to as many as he would need within arm’s reach. I completely understand the existence of the Revdex.com and I am very proud of our current rating with your organization. My family has been serving this community and their tire needs for the past 76 years and our store has been voted the #1 tire store in Hardin County for the past several years. I AM PROUD OF [redacted] FOR SERVING OUR COUNTRY OUR MILITARY DOESNT GET ENOUGH RECONIGTION FOR WHAT THEY DID BUT THAT DOESNT PUT THEM ABOVE DOING ANYTHING WRONG. MY CAR IS A BRAND NEW 2014 HONDA ACCORD THAT COMES STANDARD WITH THE TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR STEMS THAT THEY SAY IT DIDNT HAVE WHICH MY TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT HAD NEVER BEEN ON BEFORE NOW ALL OF THE SUDDEN THEY PUT A TIRE ON AND IT DOESNT HAVE ONE.. WRIDE RIGHT TIRE IS A JOKE I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. THEY ARE THE TYPE OF PLACE WERE YOU GO IN WITH SOMETHING SIMPLE AND BY THE TIME THEY GET THROUGH WITH IT THE WHOLE THING NEEDED REBUILT.
