Absolutely phenomenal!!! They were so patient with all of my questions, and I had a lot of questions as a new homeowner. They were always prompt, professional, and most of all friendly. The bid was much lower than I had expected for removal and reinstalling insulation. I am thrilled with the service and price!

First of all, I'd like to thank [redacted] for being so patient and understanding with my scheduling issues, which I really appreciated. [redacted] and [redacted] arrived promptly on the scheduled date and got right to work. They protected the floors with canvas, and removed the mirrored closet doors for access to the attic, taking care of my home. They did a great job of being thorough with the attic sealing, an obviously critical step. Then once they got to blowing in the insulation, they became a well-oiled machine, switching off between who was up in the hot attic blowing the insulation in, and who was outside feeding the batts into the machine. Friendly, cordial, competent, diligent - a first-rate operation. I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

The crew was on time, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Pricing was fair. Quotation was clear and gave examples of different R factors with pricing. Crew was very thorough and they cleaned up when they were done. They were able to accommodate my date and time.

Did insulation and installation of a solar attic fan in mid July. [redacted] was on time both for the estimate and the job. I was given detailed, sincere answers. He went over the possible things he could do and left it up to me to decide what I wanted done-he had no agenda. The job was done quietly and neatly. When the job was complete whey helped me up a ladder so I could peek into the attic to see what they had done. They vacuumed the whole area including my porch and door mat. They also checked the garage to see if any insulation had been blown into the area. That's when [redacted] discovered the smell of gas. He located the source of the leak-my water heater. He went to a hardware store got a new connecting hose and installed it for me. I did pay for the part but he didn't charge me for his extra labor. It took him about 1 and 1/2 hours to do this job. [redacted] and his crew are true gentlemen and professionals. I am so happy with their work.

I called a number of providers who weren't interested in doing my job because it was too small. I needed insulation only above a garage that I had newly finished. Insulation Pros was not only willing to do the job, but the price was exceptionally fair given the small space that needed to be done. The guys arrived on time, were polite and efficient, worked quickly without making a mess, and did more than I expected. What I mean by that is I had installed some storage and an exhaust fan in the attic area, and they went out of their way to install some baffles and dividers in the attic to keep the insulation from getting blown around too much around my storage space. I hadn't thought about doing that myself nor did I ask them for it and I really appreciate that they took it upon themselves to just take care of it because it was the right thing to do. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and I would recommend them to anybody.

The team at Insulation Pros handled our job quickly and with care. They provided an estimate and when I approved the work, they scheduled and appointment quickly. The crew showed up to do the job in a timely fashion and worked hard all day until I was satisfied with the work they performed. The insulation has changed how our house feels during extremely hot days. I would definitely use this company on future projects.

I purchased their inspection service from Angie's List for $99 and I received a very thorough and comprehensive report. I then hired them to bring the insulation depth up to code. They provided a clear breakdown of the different options with prices. I selected an option, set a date, they showed up on time, completed the work and billed me for the exact price quoted. No high pressure sales - just provided options and kept it bottom line.

Due to additions completed on my home over the years, they were able to detect different levels of insulation. One of the sections was within code and it would have been very easy for any company to miss that or try to take advantage of it but these guys have integrity and made that very transparent. Great company you can trust.

It is really nice to have work done by a family owned company. Josh gave me a super fair quote and he also did the work. These days this is a rarity. In most cases you discuss the work with an estimator and then a crew shows up that doesn't know what is going on. This is not the case with Josh and his crew at the Insulation Pros.

They showed up on short notice, on-time and did a fantastic job! They were professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly. They even insulated my recessed lights so that there wouldn't be excess heat loss. A lot of other insulation companies didn't even know anything about recessed light insulation. After they were finished, the difference was noticeable immediately. No drafts, no heater constantly clicking on a off struggling to keep a constant temperature. I work in the energy efficiency industry so I know good work when I see it. My attic is clean, sealed, and insulated to perfection. I highly recommend Insulation Pros!
