Review: To whom it may concern:I want to inform you of how dissatisfied I am with the customer service I have received from [redacted]. 13 days ago I had requested a COI from [redacted] and I have yet to receive it from her. I can not afford to be doing business with a company who does not treat their customers as there top priority. This is completely ridiculous that even have to take the steps of contacting the Revdex.com to try to get results for something I'm pay for. Please contact me ASAP Thank you....Desired Settlement: Get the COI to [redacted] with the proper endorsements on it.
