January 7, Dear [redacted] ***: I am in receipt of [redacted] 's Revdex.com complaint and will address his concerns [redacted] requested cancellation of the policy mid-term and [redacted] Insurance cancelled policy as requested on April 25, Unfortuantly [redacted] Insurance did not cancel flat or on a prorata basis but instead cancelled with full premium due on the “Snow Plowing “liability rating classThis created an additional premium situation.Our Agency agreed with [redacted] 's position that wording in the policy or declartion page did not support [redacted] 's position that full premium was dueWe esclated our efforts with [redacted] and although it took longer than we hoped for, [redacted] did agree to cancel flat [redacted] has or will receive a check in the amount of $2,which includes the 1st installment he paid and audit return premiums for the prior policy yearThis should resolve [redacted] 's complaintSincerely, James FVice-President
