we've had that there is a Revdex.com complaint filed by Mr***After reading the complaint, we are first emailing you, as this refers to a "complaint" that is "unanswered" We appreciate your checking in with us about this
We have provided you with our November 4, response to the one E-mail we received from him on November 3, To date we have not heard back from Mr*** since our responseI will try to briefly clarify what we have knowledge of and how we can assist Mr*** when he provides the information we requested from him:
1) OrganizationThe complaint *** *** has registered is against the Integral instituteThe Institute is a different legal entity than Integral LifeIntegral Life, does however manage the older, remaining Integral Institute membership accounts through ***@integrallife.comPerhaps Mr*** tried to contact some phone number or email that was associated with Integral Institute from years ago that we no longer have access to
2) Integral Life Phone number: We provide email support only for the Integral Institute accounts and Integral Life accountsThis is clearly stated on the Integral Life web site and is included in the message on the Integral Life emergency phone number XXX-XXX-XXXXWe have found far greater efficiency in doing everything in writing through emails because it requires that the member give us their E-mail and login information so that we can find them in the old Integral Institute systemIf Mr*** supplied you with a different phone number than the one above it would be good to know what that number was, so that we can track the source and try to eliminate it
3) Mr***We have not heard from Mr*** since we responded to the one e-mail we have from him on November 3, We have searched our records for years and found only this one recent e-mailHe contacted our member support email address on November 3, and we sent a response back to him at his email address the next dayWe have provided screen shots of both the Revdex.com case document and our five paragraph response in our effort to assist him on November 4, This response includes our promise to help him resolve his issue as soon as he provides us the appropriate email and his USER name associated with his membershipTo date, I am sorry to report that we have not yet received any response back from Mr***, with the information that we requested
When we have an issue with an old account like this, often the member can't remember their original log in information or the e-mail they signed up withWe have tried in vain to "guess" at who he was, what user name he might have, what email might be associated with his account and we have not been able to locate himNow that we know he was trying to contact the Integral Institute all along that may explain a few thingsWhen Mr*** provides us with the information we have requested and we find his old account, we will remove him from the membership rolls immediatelyIf he does not remember his log in information, perhaps he can provide us with his credit card receipt for the monthly chargeIt may give us a clue as to where he resides in the old Integral Institute system
