Review: This is my second time in the past mth contacting hoping for resolution. A delivery person for the Intelligencer Newspaper stops her car outside my house every morning between 3:30/4:00AM gets out of her car and proceeds to deliver the paper 2 my neighbors steps. She leaves the car door open and radio blaring for approx 15 sec. The radio can be heard through my closed second story window every day. I have made endless phone calls to the company with no results. I have posted on their social media pages and even asked her to please turn off her radio. Still everyday the same thing and I am awake at 3:30. I did get a phone call a few wks ago from a manager who promised me resolution but he no longer returns my calls. Not sure of his last name starts with a L first name Bill. He said he was management with the circulation of the 3 newspapers they deliver # ###-###-####. He said he called her personally and asked her to turn off her radio when entering my street it lasted approx 4 days and now it's been 2 wks of the same rude behavior.Desired Settlement: Different driver
