I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Our paths have gone in a different direction than when we started this project to take these classes Yes I agreed to the policy, but the policy states that if the class does not have a minimum requirement the monies can be refunded That has happened a few times but I tried to continue This business has moved dates way more times than I have backed out How many times do I have to keep trying to take the class before I can chose not too??? I have taken several online classes and never had this trouble, actually, none of them have ever changed their dates or cancelled.Also, The clients in my area do not feel comfortable with this time of modality None of us can read the future, I paid in advance on good faith If we can't and/or chose not to continue we should get our funds back AGAIN, WHAT ARE BUSINESS ETHICS AT THIS BUSINESS? Why do you feel you should get paid for services that will not be rendered?
