Thursday, December 14, 2017 4:36 PMTo Whom It May Concern: On 11/29/17 there was a broker performance complaint filed by against a broker by [redacted] under the name [redacted]. The company name that filed the complaint was different than the name on the account so we emailed [redacted] about it. [redacted] told us that it was a problem on our side because she shared an office with another company and her information is showing their account. She says she logged out of her account and watched the other company log into their account but showing her information. [redacted] is saying Truckstop.com is having login issues. 11/30/17 Truckstop.com called [redacted] with [redacted] to verify if he logged in on her computer. He stated he doesn’t have an account with Truckstop.com and has never logged into the website. He confirmed that [redacted] finds loads for him. Truckstop.com did verify that [redacted] has never had an account with Truckstop.com. 11/30/17 Truckstop.com started an investigation to find out what is really going on. We found that [redacted] is connected to a dispatch service called Drive Life Dispatch Service. The PO Box number and email address are listed under contact information for her account. http://drivelife.biz/contact12/04/17: Truckstop.com called [redacted] back to set up a proper account due to being a dispatch service instead of a standard carrier account. She refused to have a dispatch account and stated that she owns four trucks said she would report us to the FTC and request full refund. 12/05/17: Truckstop.com suspend service due to not complying with Truckstop.com terms of agreements sections 4 and 5. 12/12/17: Truckstop.com found that [redacted] is now logged into RAE Trucking. Truckstop.com contacted Rafael from RAE Trucking and he stated that [redacted] is a dispatcher for one of his drivers & she is using the account. We see that she started using this account on same day after closure of her other account under [redacted]. Truckstop.com is aware now that she is or has dispatched for three companies with the owners verbally confirming with us that she is dispatching for them. [redacted] just needed to set up the proper account with Truckstop.com for her dispatching service and pay the proper fees for service.
