This complaint that was filed against our investment firm has no merit and is far from
the truthOn November 11, 2016, Mr*** ***, Managing Member of *** *** *** *** located at: *** *** *** *** ** *** and *** *** *** *** ** ***, had emailed our investment firm asking for our help with his commercial property purchase located at: *** *** *** *** *** **, and had explained in his email that he had all the necessary commercial loan documents that would be required and that the commercial property was in escrow with 10% (Couldn’t be Verified) of the commercial property purchase price of $1,250,000.00, and that he needed all together was $2,200,00.00, and he stated in his email that the commercial property was appraised for $7M, he also stated in his email that the commercial property was 85% leased outTo only find out later that he said wasn’t true, and that he couldn’t provide us and our commercial lenders with the necessary documents on him and the commercial propertyThese commercial loan documents that he’s referencing to are the same commercial loan checklist of documents that all commercial lending institutions and banks have used for years
On December 5, this client after reviewing our contract agreements with his attorney he had sign them and wired his underwriting fee of $7,But, before all of this took place our investment firm cancelled and emailed this client an email informing him that we had canceled our contract agreements, because he was playing games with our investment firm and that he had sent us a NFL Check for $7,500.00, that he told us later not to send through, he also mentioned to us about trying given us serval credit cards to pay for his underwriting fee that was later cancelOur investment firm finds this clients statement to be misleading and with no merit and we are now finding out more about this client and why he’s unable to provide our investment firm and our commercial lender with the necessary required commercial loan documentsThere’s a lot more that we can’t enclose here
Ms***, we have all supporting email correspondence that supports our claims against this clients complaintOur investment firm and partners along with our commercial lenders have all put a lot of time in on this clients file with our office and under our signed contract agreements in section 4.) (a)(b)(c), and (d) there isn’t a refund for early cancellation and that there is a full refund at our commercial loan closing
Ms***, after all that has happen through our relationship with this client we have still decided to try coming to some common settlement that was email from this client yesterday, and that our investment firm, and partners along with our attorneys’ is all reviewing this clients file and our contract agreements that all parties had signedWe will be in touch with this client shortly
