Prior to Feb 2016 I had received several complaints from staff and customers that they felt harassed and bullied and intimidated by [redacted] at my pub. Many customers had told me that when she 'tagged' herself as being at the pub (on...

social media), they decided they did then not want to come to our establishment.
The event in February 2016 was crossing the line for us. No physical abuse on the property.
The property is owned by [redacted] and me. We work on the property, live on the property. Stress is on our shoulders at the best of times. Manufacturing chocolate, managing staff, keeping customers happy, minding our two small children...all in the eyes of the public because we live and breathe the business (living on the property).
The more we can try and alleviate stress the better. We do what we can to listen to the "majority rules" comments and feedback from our customers.
I discussed [redacted]'s case on two occasions with the [redacted] detachments in our area. I was advised on both occasions that keeping her off the property was the best option for our business.
They advised me to go through the court system to have the ruling made official, but I have been hesitant to do so as I am not interested in making the situation any worse for her as I know it is difficult for her being in our small community and
dealing with our decision.
