Review: a ring exchange that I sent back because of the diamond falling out of my ring 2 days after receiving itDesired Settlement: On aug * 2015 I sent a ring back to this company that was 2 day priority mail insured for 230.00 it was delivered to the companys p.o. box on aug ** 2015 I just got off the phone wiith the [redacted] post office and they informed me that the company received noticed on the [redacted] that there was a package waiting at the post office that needed to be signed for, which still has not been picked up. I have also been emailing a company representative named jenn who I have emailed last week a copy of the actual tracking page from the [redacted] site showing that my ring is waiting to be picked up still with no resolution.

I'm not sure why she is objecting. I credit for the item was issued. [redacted] is not the purchaser. The item was sent back for replacement as it appear the prong holding the diamond plate must have gotten caught on something and loosened causing the heart shaped diamond plate to fall out. As is our policy we had no issue with repairing or replacing this item free of charge. The package was returned to us via priority mail. Although it was received by the local post office it was not in our companies po box. It was misplaced by the post office within the facility although we can't get a straight story from either parties involved. We explained to [redacted] that as the shipper she had to place the lost package request through the [redacted] for a search to be initiated several times. After [redacted] finally contacted the [redacted] the package was located and delivered to us the same day. Upon receipt of the return as per her [redacted]etting phone call to IJC she stated she was returning the item. We issued a credit for $199 the cost of the purchase. The purchaser was credited to his credit card. As stated on our sight and as agreed to at check out all shipping charges on returns are non refundable including original shipping charges and return shipping charges. If [redacted] would like a replacement item sent, the original purchaser simply has to log into his account and repurchase the item, as he has already received a full credit for cost of the them. We will happily credit him for the return shipping of his reorder ($10.35) and adjust the price once the reorder is placed and ship the item to him via [redacted] ground shipping free of charge. Unfortunately given the way this transaction has transpired we must have all future transactions and correspondence documented regarding this purchase.
