This complaint has since been resolved with the customer. We emailed her Aug. 16 to confirm that she received the Summer 2015 issue. She has confirmed receipt of the Summer 2015 issue and mentioned that she did not receive the Fall 2014 issue. On Oct. 7, we emailed her to confirm that the Fall 2014...

issue was put in the mail and sent to the address she provided. We have not received any additional emails from her indicating that she did not receive the issue. Another email has been sent to her Nov. 4 to follow up and ensure she received the Fall 2014 issue.
