My name is [redacted] I'm responding to a filed complaint against my salon, The Island's Edge Hair salonThe assigned I.Dis [redacted] The product was dropped off to my salon and when inspected was CLEARLY MISUSED OR TAMPERED WITHThe [redacted] and [redacted] skin care which is the #skin care product in the U.Sis a day supply when used CORRECTLY TWICE DAILYThe product when inspected was nearly ALL gone after only about days of USEThe product also had a watery consistencyThis client also spoke for hours in my salon about returning a mascara that was in her vehicle to another local business in CCThis client also said many times that she married the wrong brother and joked about how she should've chosen the "rich brother"It is my professional experience after meeting thousands of people/ clients over the course of two decades that this particular client is a scam artist or just a very unsatisfied person in general

Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is s lie, the products that I returned were still fairly new, I assure you there was no watery consistencyI’m appalled at the liesI assure you I am a very Happily married woman, and would never have a conversation about my husband, or any other family member with a total strangerAs for the mascara, I did return it, but I’m not sure why that has any relevance to the product I returned to herShe’s the one that stayed over and over that I had nothing to loose if I wasn’t completely satisfied to return the product to her, and she would give me a refundI haven’t even mentioned the fact that I sat at her salon for hrs while she totally destroyed my hairI had to go to my regular hair dresser and pay her to try and fix the mess [redacted] did to my hairI’m sure her employees know that she stated to me there was a 100% money back guarantee, of course she is a very controlling person and would probably fire them for going against her! My personal opinion of her is that she obviously need to go back to beauty school, and also receive training on how to treat people in generalShe’s the one who said she stood behind the products, of course she told me what s fantastic hair dresser she was, and my hair was totally damaged at the hands of this evil lady Regards, [redacted] ***

skin care which is the #1 skin care product in the U.S. is a 60 day supply when used CORRECTLY TWICE DAILY. The product when inspected was nearly ALL gone after only about 20 days of USE. The product also had a watery consistency. This client also spoke for 5 hours in my salon about returning a mascara that was in her vehicle to another local business in CC. This client also said many times that she married the wrong brother and joked about how she should've chosen the "rich brother".
