Complaint: ***I gave The Ivy League representative my home phone number when I visited them on December in person and watched her write it down on the documents that I had providedThey have had my phone number since that date and made no effort to contact me until yesterday, January 13, All I am asking is for them to credit my *** gift card back the $and this can be resolvedI understand they are having problems with their credit card processing companyUnfortunately I do not believe this is not my problem.I did not have a good feeling of confidence when I left the establishment on December 29, that they were going to issue me a creditAnd obviously, I was correct about thatWhich is the reason why I felt it necessary to contact the Revdex.com.Moreover, I do not detect any sense of regret on their part for keeping my money for such a long time without trying to make it rightOr wanting to keep me as a customer in their establishment since we have dinned there so many times in the past

** *** stopped in to tell me about a double charge on a *** *** gift cardMy system is only showing one payment, after recieving a couple of other double charges on the same day I contacted my processing company (***)They
investigated and found that they batched out our credit cards 2x's that dayI tried to contact *** *** and the phone number I have for him is incorrect*** is suppose to be issuing credits on all the double chargesSome people have done charge backs, they are trying to straighten this outI have been in contact with *** on a dialy baisis concerning this matterI recieved a letter from *** *** today with his correct phone number on it, I called him and left him a messageI can have a letter from *** sent to you if necessaryThank you, *** Ivy league ***
