subpoena which were requested, out of our ‘own’ pocket. Of the $500 that was paid, $300 went to filing fees and the other $200 is far less than the amount we charge for our time for what we did. Mr. [redacted] admits that they did not fulfill their end of the contract. The contract was for $2000. He paid $500 and never made another payment. We asked for additional payments and, regardless of his stated attempts to process various cards, those payments were never made. The cards he provided did not work.
