[redacted]  I reject this business owner's response as they failed to provide a service I was charged 95.00 for. I received a check only yesterday 3/26 for 480.00. The total should have been 575.00. [redacted] told me he was going to provide a mechanic's lien for 20% of 575.00 he never had to go to that length. He also stated when I  received my customer's card number that he would only hold 50.00 as all he did was make one phone call, that never happened. It has taken almost 2 months and multiple complaints to different agencies, as I am in [redacted]. In order to finally receive a partial payment. I was contacted by a gentlemen through a chain of events who told me he was only days away from depositing 10k into an acct. for a business he was to enter into with [redacted] and one other partner. He also stated that the two of them found out that Jacob had only registered the business under his name only as I provided in the attached. This man needs to be very closely monitored or he will seriously take advantage of some unknowing person. At this stage I am waiting to see if his check even clears as I only received it 3/26. Review: I run a small business in Hauula, Hi. We had a small debt owing from a customer of 575.00. I did some online sourcing as we live in **. and our customer lives in [redacted]. I was referred to this company by an online source called the [redacted]. I made contact with [redacted] of The Jacob and Executives Group. I was told he would do the collection for 20% of 575.00 and I did sign and online doc agreeing to this. What happened was before I even sent a deposit [redacted] made a phone call to my customer owing the funds, she called immediately after and gave me her card number. It was 6:30 a. m. and I was caught off guard, I took her card number. At this time I noticed that [redacted] had left a message, so I returned his call, I was told that he would only take 50.00 out of the 575.00 as he only made the one phone call. What I should have done is give my business card number for the 50.00 and put the customer's card through for the 525.00. What he asked me to do is give him the card number and after the money cleared his bank account he would send a check for the remaining 525.00. He continues to give me stories about the check being sent and ask for confirmation of my address. It is now close to a month, [redacted] eludes my phone calls and fails to even respond to my latest email. I don't even know if this business is legitimate. It fails to operate as a legitimate business. Thank you for your assistance.Desired Settlement: I would like to prevent these type of faulty practices from occurring to anyone else. I explained to Jacob that if I wanted to continue to hear stories, I would still be dealing with my customer. I would like my payment of 525.00
