The individual purchased a contract package last year The contract package included several items, building a complete pages website, hosting, webinars, classes, and a contractThe cost was $8,for the ENTIRE package not just the contract Owner did receive the page
website, hosting for two years, had access to webinars, and classes where he could sign in into our membership area and receive templates, webinar, classes etc We did have a couple of contracts that we were unable to provide within the timeframe the owner wanted them We were instructed to continue to seek a contract within a particular zip code which we agreed to do We spent resources of marketing, and manhours on obtaining the contract Now after all of the resources, website, classes, hosting, etcthe owner wants all the money refunded although it clearly states that the website, hosting, classes, janitorial training, etcportion in NON-Refundable We also per his request, continue to market to locate a contract in his area

I am rejecting this response because: ** ***,As once again you can see all the statements Victoria is stating, Two reply's prior I told her to send proof of receipt of up grades on the web site *** She said she would send you proof on May 19th,Where is it, she never sent itHow come , because it never happened We are in June 5th with no compliance from this business Also she said we agreed to extend the original agreement for another month, that is Where is the signed contract that you said we extended , never happenA business would of re wrote contract agreementWhere is the 2nd signed contract ? never happened We only have one contract that itYou stated in the very beginning of paragraph you obtained the agreement of contract , Since you are a business why don't you send ** *** the agreement of those contracts you obtained for meSend him agreement with the business name and address of location with the person you where negotiation with on the contract you stated you obtained for my business ? That will happen like the receipt for wix website nothingYou have no receipts so it means it never happened Please send don't keep us waiting forever! Like I said you haven't given me no website , no hosting, no newsletters, no consulting, no coaching, Since you said you haveThere has to be some where in your business data base , technical techsomebody to pull records from computer of all those things you stated Why dont you get with your technical technician to get screen shots , evidence , what ever could back up what you said ?Like I stated on last reply on that pages of operational manual looks like you just got it on the intern-ant on google.Now your saying I took your name impersonating on some YouTube videos and put my name, that's a big lieIf that is so you should of attached that video channel for proof ? The only thing you actually said is correct is ** *** I went on there company Facebook reviews put that there a SCAM also on there YouTube channel review. Here are some screen shots from *** *** stating she was scammed I got PROOF .Also got screen shot from *** *** publisher of unhappyfranchiseee.co which I'm sure you've heard ofI got ProofI got more screen shots to add ** *** bot your platform only limit attachment. We agreed to extend the original agreement for another month, and he stated that he wanted contracts as a best option We obtained the agreement for the contracts, but he then stated he wanted all of his money back and we did not agree with that Now he has stated that if we did not give him ALL the money back $8,although he has had the website, hosting, access to the membership for (months) webinars, newsletters, consulting, coaching, training, complete pages operations manual, he want us to just give him all of this at no cost In court you are to be made WHOLE not receive items for free This is what he is expecting, in the agreement that was signed, he agree to the NON-REFUNDABLE portion He signed each and every page to show that he understood and agreed Now, since we have not given him ALL of his money back, he has gone on all social media, STOLEN our videos, and put in OUR company name The Janitorial Spot, made another channel so that it looks like our channel, on YOUTUBE which is impersonating a company and representing it like its his channel which is illegal on YOUTUBE He has also slandered our Registered Agent, the RA has nothing to do with the company, except for receiving any legal documents, for the company which every company has to have a RA, but the RA has nothing to do with the company So that is slander using the RA's name as he stating the RA scammed himSLANDER...I have provided all the information we have, we agreed to seek contracts for his company and we did, we agreed to a non-refundable fee of $and if he had not received the website, or all the other items, why did he not complain about this not ONE-TIME before now??? He wants to have access to the membership for one year, and NOW he stated that he did not received all of what he stated he did not receive We have NEVER received any complaints from his company about not receiving the website, or anything else until now that he wants ALL of his money returned Like I mentioned earlier, we have provided all information, and stand by the fact that we provided him the with all that was mentioned in the area for a NON-REFUND and also, we provide the agreement that he signed a week BEFORE we accept ANY money, so he was in a position to seek legal advice BEFORE sending in any fundsWE HAVE NEVER ACCEPTED ANY FUNDS UNTIL YOU HAVE SIGNED THE PAPERWORK, AND YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEEK LEGAL ADVICE BEFORE SENDING ANY FUNDS ITS ONLY 4-PAGES, NOT SMALL PRINT OR COMPLEX SO YOU ARE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING.Thank you So with that said, we have only addressed anything with his company that is with Revdex.com, we will not entertain the negative comments, but have only addressed them in this format

I am rejecting this response because:  The contract ended and didn't get a refund.  The Janitorial Spot accepted to extend it for one more year and if they didn't agree to the conditions they would give me a full refund.  I had insurance and once I told them their excuses stopped and so did there contact with me.  I want my money back.

The customer has a contract, but still wants their money back.  We have satisfied our part by having a contract.  They need to satisfy their part by supplying the insurance, first before we provide the contract.  We had continue contact, but we will not be subjected to the customer using profanity towards our workers.
