From: [redacted] sans-serif;">< [redacted] >Date: Thu, Nov 10, at 6:AMSubject: RE: Response to Revdex.com ComplaintTo: The Customer and The Janitorial Spot, Incsigned a written contract for an initial time frame of (1) one year in June - June 2015, to provide contracts that total a certain desired amountCustomer was given the written contract to read and sign BEFORE any money was exchanged to ensure that there was a clear understanding before signing the contractOne of the conditions of the signed written contract was to have worker's compensation and general liability insurance which is mandatory to be in compliance with what their state requirements were for obtaining contracts in Nebraska Customer signed the contract, and had fully a full understand that insurance would be required BEFORE any contract could be purchasedMonth continued to go by with the Customer asking, when they were going to receive contracts, but never obtained required insurance For this reason, Customer and The Janitorial Spot, Incagreed to extend the contract for another year June - June 2016, to allow time to obtain required insurance Once again, Customer did not provide The Janitorial Spot, Incwith the insurance certifications that were required to obtained desired contracts The Janitorial Spot, Inccontacted several commercial janitorial insurance companies, walk the Customer through everything needed for the required insurance companies that could provide a policy, but they still did not obtain the insurance Please note that contract was still in effect, when this complaint was written The Customer continues to want the entire amount refunded, even though, in the written contract, a certain amount was paid to The Janitorial Spot, Incfor the services that were provided for the two years which included some of the following: building a complete page website, providing a domain name, providing hosting, providing an hour day training session, providing a complete operations manual, cost of ticket for The Janitorial Spot, Incto fly to Nebraska to scompany, cost of hotel stay for The Janitorial Spot, Inccost of meals provided for two days to The Customer while training, and cost for providing branding, designing logos and business cards for The CustomerThe Janitorial Spot, Incwill always continue to provide professional service and make every attempt to satisfy our customers Best, [redacted] President
