Review: I made a call to claim a piece of jewelry and gave my account # to claim it with a 30 day trial period since then I have received the grocery booklet as promised but no jewelry that was suppose to be included, I need to cancel the future orders but every time I call to do so there is a recording telling me to hold and no one comes to the phone.Desired Settlement: To get a refund and to cancel all future orders.
