Hello ***, I am emailing to follow up with you on our conversation earlier today regarding my complaint that I filed on The Jewelry Place in Pflugerville, Texas. After many phone calls and visits to the store (no answer, doors locked), I left a few notes on the door. Finally
the owner called me over a month after I left my watches at her store for repair. After that conversation, it took another weeks for us to finally meet up. She delivered the watches to me. I am so happy to finally have my watches back. The owner, ***, told me that her business had failed and they locked the doors on her. She was able to retrieve the jewelry that she owed everyone and was returning it. My problem is resolved finally! Thanks again for following up with me on my complaint, *** ***
