receive a reply yet is because orders occassionly turn up 1-2 days later, thanks to some issue with USPS themselves. We have no control over delivery once it leaves our hands. If you take a look at the photo, you’ll notice that in the “Tracking” section there is NO tracking number. The reason for this is that your order had the weight of a letter, therefore it was insensible to pay the exorbitant fees for USPS tracking. We are unsure where you received your tracking number, but we assure you that we are not being “ss” and sending folks random compilations of numbers and letters. We are a very small company and humans as well but whatever your source, I can assure you that this does NOT happen regularly as your email stated, especially over keychains. If you don’t receive your order within a reasonable amount of time, we would be more than happy to send you another. Please bear in mind that it has been 3 (now 4) days, and we have seen this happen many times before with USPS where orders appear later than expected - especially at peak holiday season. We apologize that this inconvenienced you. Please let us know if you have any other questions.  Furthermore,I’ve attached a screenshot of the address you provided. Perhaps you can confirm that this is the correct address as well.

Review: On 5/27/16 I placed a "Refund Request" on The Jiu Jitsu Shop's website. It states that once they receive the returned package, a refund is expected within one week. The package was mailed to the address provided on the website and delivered on 6/02/16. It is now 6/22/16, no refund has been given. I have called and left 2 voice messages, emailed them 3 times, and sent them a message on their website for someone to contact me in regards to this matter, but have received no response. All I want is a refund for the products I returned.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the products I returned to them. I returned them well within the 30 day limit with tags still attached and product unworn.

Review: I ordered a Jiu Jitsu ** from The Jiu Jitsu Shop on Monday April 4th and paid extra for express shipping so I would have the new ** before leaving town the following week. After not receiving the ** on April 6th I called the Jiu Jitsu shops phone number and left a message inquiring about my order. Latter that day I called again and left a message. On April 7th I Called multiply time and sent an email and a [redacted] private message still no response. On April 8th I called multiply time and sent another [redacted] message and I am still waiting on a response. The Jiu Jitsu Shop has failed to ship my item in a timely manner even though their website says they have fast shipping. They also failed in responding to a customer that has used every resource available to contact them.Desired Settlement: I would like a phone call from The Jiu Jitsu Shop but thats not likely I would settle for 2 things. The gi I ordered with a refund for the express shipping I paid for but did not receive or to cancel the order all together.

Review: I ordered a GI via the business website as I had previously ordered from their company I felt that a second time around I would receive the same quality of customer service which was great, however I ordered the GI on 5/30/16 and the following day I received an email including the tracking number which just indicated that a label was created. I allowed a week before following up with the shipping info via [redacted], and week later nothing had changed-just a shipping label was created. I sent several emails, messages directly on the website and also a customer service review within the last 30 days and still no response from the company. The company does not have a phone number to call which makes it harder. I have also reached out via their Social Media sites to seek some kind of response. The GI cost at $148.00. I don't have the GI, have not received any kind of reply from the company or any method of getting a refund. My account information shows that my order is closed. This has become a nightmare!Desired Settlement: Since we have not received any kind of follow up and the information provided by the company clearly shows that only a label was created well over a month ago it is clear I am at a loss and since I have not received the product I am requesting a full refund.

Review: I ordered a Tatami Estilo 5.0 BJJ Gi from their online store (order #9915616). It was listed as in stock and available for delivery. After a week, the order status remained as "unfulfilled," so I attempted to contact them. Overall, I sent approximately 5 emails and left 2 messages on their phone answering machine but received no response. The product never shipped, and I was unable to make positive contact with them. They simply took my money and did not deliver the product. I filed a dispute with [redacted], who also attempted contact without results. I will get a refund through [redacted], but I wanted to document this online store as a fraudulent store through the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: They need to take down their online store which is advertising products that will not ship.

Review: My credit card got charged twice for an item not available anymore at their website, even tho the website reflected the item as "in stock". After already 4 weeks since the transaction got charged in my CC the seller will not respond to my e-mails and got hanged up on when trying to call them. My banks says they have the money on hold, I guess they are waiting for me to forget about it and then collect the money. Thanks for your time.Desired Settlement: Just to get my money back, the bank can't do anything unless they release the funds back into the account.

This is the last email we sent to Mr. [redacted]. Long story short, he claims we stole his money but we immediately declined the transaction (not even a day after he placed it). Our merchant services (Authorize.net) assured us that we did not process any payments. And we did not receive money in our bank accounts. We followed up with every email Mr [redacted] sent us and have a thread to prove it. I guess he has chosen to escalate the matter but there really is not anything we can do. Our merchant services have told us that Mr. [redacted]'s bank has put a hold on those accounts and he honestly should have the money back. I would of preferred he just talk to us instead of escalating so quickly. We did explain everything in an email maybe he did not read it or ignored it.

Mr [redacted] has harassed our business group on facebook with personal attacks despite us not even touching his money. I am not quite sure Mr [redacted]'s intentions here with this complaint but I have been told that he should have his money back because we never processed a penny and his bank should of removed the authorization block. Below is the LAST email sent.

Review: I ordered a white long sleeve inverted gear rash guard in Tuesday 12/15. I was given free 2 day shipping and I still have not received it. The company has not responded to my numerous attempts of email and phone calls. You never get an answer through their customer service line you just get the answering machine. I've even tried posting on their Facebook page but have gotten no response in the last 3-4 days.Desired Settlement: I would either like the rash guard I ordered or a full refund for it.
