JN Phillips always stands behind our workUnfortunalety there are times when things get esclated to a point where we need to bring in our insurance companyThis is what happened in this caseIt's now up to both insurance companies to come to an agreement on how to settled this case

I was told through our insurance company JN Phillips they would pay for the car rental no dollar amount givenBut it has so far come to $not $ There is much more damage than $as they stateThe water damage alone and mold issues Our attorney even told us don't take the car backWe now have our insurance company involved and the appraiser has told us much more damageAlso the appraiser for JN Phillips thought without seeing what happens when headliner after weeks of sitting with water in it Along with carpet and front seats sitting with water which will effect air bags alsoDamage was atleast $Due to electric issues and mold we have had an attorney and car specialist tell us don't take the car back due to all the water damage. The franklin manager did tell us that the windshield was installed incorrectly Which we do have on video it being installed I have owned this car for only a year and a halfI'm not will to drive in a car that has mold, airbags that have been sitting in water and electrical issues that one day heat and a/c not working than working than not workingOur insurance company and us have been informed that due to airbags in pillars, seats and dashboard getting wet can hurt the integrity of themThey could go off for no reasonSo JN Phillips has lied about paying full amount of car rentalWhich right now I'm paying AGAIN out of pocketIt's nice to know that JN Phillips doesn't care also about possible health issues from driving in this car. They messed up big time with no stepping up to make this right or apology for the nightmare we are going throughAgain I'm paying a lease payment for a car that I can't drive safelyAppraiser from our insurance company went out to see the car From what I have heard did not agree with appraiser from JN Phillips insurance.

The following are the facts in this complaint.I was more than willing to take the car back after being fixedBut after weeks of sitting it had never had the wet headliner removed, carpet , seats or dashboard, So water was sitting in the electrical and other placesAn attorney told me not to take back due to problems. So facts * I to this date have never once heard from JN Phillips corporate (even with me calling them) to say sorry about this mess nothing! * Car was sitting for a couple of weeks not being aired or dried out thats why I moved to a company that has handled this type of problem before. * JN Phillips had promised to pay for a car rental of like size in full but has not paid almost $of the cost. * No one is paying for the rental I have now but me. * I am paying for the lease and car insurance on a car I haven't had for over a month. * Appraiser for JN Phillips looked at the car and said there was about $worth of damage. * The car is now showing multiple error codes and JN Phillips and there insurance do not care. * JN Phillips insurance company *** Insurance will not work with my insurance company.. * I will be charged by the leasing company for the loss of value due to poor workmanship. * JN Phillips has not be working or helping with this major nightmare I am going through. * I am out money and totally frustrated due to JN Phillips poor workmanship and lack of caring about total mishandling of this situation. I moved the car to another auto body place because what I was told was going to happened was not happeningIt appeared JN Phillips was not allowing the car to be repaired correctlyI am not willing to take back a car with mold (health issue) or mechanical issuesThis was a car in perfect condition until a small chip in the windshieldThat after being replaced by the company my insurance set up to replace the windshieldI am now dealing with this and JN Phillips is hiding in the shadows not stepping up and taking the blame for there mistake and making this right.!! I spoke to the Franklin store manager who went out and took care of the leaking windshield. He dealt with family members and assured them the leak was resolved. The scratches are ready to be painted and the electrical problem was taken care of all for around $700. We did pay for a rental...

$2900. Then we learned that customer was not willing to take back the car. This is when we  got hold of our insurance company.They will take it from here.
