On 9/12, Marie again told me they would get back to me. This is the 4th time I have been told that and then got no response. She said Mr. Hunter would be in Wednesday, they could ask him something, and then get back to me. I am still waiting. My brother paid them so we would have this issue with our niece resolved for good. My brother died in May and I am all there is left to carry on. I want this report on the trust. I called in 6/2010 and Russell sent my brother a report after saying that was not in the agreement. I know it was supposed to be. Also, there were no expenses shown which is very strange for a trust I think. As I remember, they were to get about $1000 per year for managing it. I need the papers as I don't have copies and I need to get a letter done to Russell to get the information we are due.
