I cannot write an opinion as to the quality of service of John Samuels Agency with regards to purchase and sale of real estate. I can, and feel obligated to write an opinion with regards to the John Samuels Agency property management.

Don't use this agency to manage your property if you expect to get a phone call, email, or text message within a reasonable 24 hour time frame concerning your property.

Don't use this agency if you want prompt reasonable payment of your rent proceeds.Do not use this agency for property management. They finally communicated with me and agreed to cease their management of my property but are still holding onto 2 months rent proceeds until the end of this month (May)

Don't use this agency if you want prompt reasonable updates as to your tenant status. (Moved out or gave notice)

I have been struggling with this agency for a few years.... finally they let me out of my contract with them. It took communication since early Dec 2015 until just a month ago for them to even respond to my request to cease our property management/owner relationship.

I have emails from an agent on their behalf that has been working on the transition from their agency to a new agency. She has acknowledge and apologized for my poor experience. I appreciate the apology.... I just want my rent proceeds.

I have other properties managed by other people and have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism.... in fact quite the opposite.

I am not one to complain about a business publicly but feel no other option but to warn people that if they value their investment property to seek property management elsewhere.

I do not live in the same State as my property so communication is vital as I can't just drive to their office in person to resolve issues

None of my statements here are exaggerated it is all fact as I know it.
