We are from Sarnia ON, we decided to hire Johnson moving because of the positive phone conversation with the manager of the companyWe were told that four men would be available with two trucks and the move could be done in one dayWe made the decision to have it broken up into two days, which we thought would be much easierWe were only moving to Ridgeway ON, close to Fort Erie, On, a three hour drive by carThe entire move was ridiculousThe men were told to put the garage items into one truck and house hold items, into anotherThis is where the mess beginsEverything was mixed in to both trucks, items were brokenBoxes and bins were tossed from the truck to the groundWitnessed by neighbors and work crewsNOTHING was wrapped as the manager assured us it would beOur lawn mower was put in upside down, so that gas and oil leaked out onto the truckFurniture was broken, brand new freezer all scratched upAntique doll house broken, items were dropped outside and left there for us to clean up$later, the owner would not respond to our complaints, he didn't even have the decentcy to call us backSo here we areI have pictures of the mess these guys left behindI would be more than happy to share [redacted]
