I am on a stay at home order I have a compromised immune system I called the joint chiropractic and told them this and I could not risk going in to cancel please cancel my membership over the phone. they have not canceled and I am on unemployment and they keep taking money from me that could be used for food or rent please help me
The Joint Chiropractic has implemented a complete process to cancel remotely. You do need to contact your home clinic, they will send you some paperwork you need to sign and send back. By law, we cannot cancel a membership via email alone, you must fill out and sign the appropriate documents. Everything can be transmitted via email, this option has been available since April 1, 2020.Thank you.The Joint Chiropractic
