Ms***,Thank you for reaching out regarding your Wellness Plan at The Joint Chiropractic Murray Hill. Attached to this email is your Wellness Plan Membership Agreement dated September 11, and your Wellness Plan Freeze form dated 11/3/2016. In your freeze request, you stated
that your account would be frozen through February 10, and billing would continue at that point. I do see that your account was not frozen and you were billed in November 2016, December and January 2017. I sincerely apologize for this mistake. I see that we refunded those charges when you called on February 20th of 2018. Additionally, we cancelled your membership per your request on March 10th, 2018. I can understand how you are frustrated that you were not able to use the care that you were paying for last year, I personally have several memberships that I do not take advantage of on a regular basis. I am open to meeting you in the middle and providing you a refund of months plus placing providing you with a pack ($value) on your account. You will have those visits to use in your lifetime and can use them at any of our locations, not just Murray Hill. Thank you,Anita D***
