I took my 2011 Jeep [redacted] to Countryside Dodge to have it looked at since it was blowing out White/blue smoke. The vehicle is still under factory warranty. The service advisor called and said that they would have to order the part and would perform the repair. I picked the vehicle up on a Thursday around noon. I got home about 4pm and noticed it was knocking when I got out of the vehicle. I called the service manager at countryside and told him it was knocking and that it had not been doing that when I dropped it off. He said that he would send a wrecker out to pick it up and have it looked at. About 20 minutes later he called back and said that they were not responsible for the repairs and I would have to take it to another dealership to have the repairs. I have called [redacted] and have heard nothing back from them. This is not how you do business, if you mess someone's vehicle up, you should accept that a technician did not repair it correctly and fix the issue. I desire No further contact by the busi
This dealership will never touch a vehicle that I own and I will never do business with them again. I just wanted to share how they conduct business.
