HiMy name is [redacted]I am the owner of the Joyful Artisans here in [redacted] maA customer Left jewelry for me to repair a while backShe got everything but the ring and FYI she didn't pay me for any of the repairs. I was going to let it go because of what happened. I had an employee back...

then I fired for fear of theftAnyhow I explained that her ring was gone that I hoped it was merely misplaced but not hopefulI tore my shop apart hoping to find it. I did notI told her, [redacted], that is was gone to bring a recept I would pay for it that I stand behind 100% The next thing I know a police man is at my business door with [redacted]. Why she had to bother this poor policeman I don't know why but I told him the same thing...Yes the ring is gone. Yes I take full responsibility and would happily pay for it. To provide a receipt and I'd pay for it. She was telling me very high money numbers the ring was not antique is was worn and used. I had to straighten it because it sustained damage from wear and tear and it looked like it got run over by something bent and damaged.  Even with the amount of wear and damage because I am a woman of honor I had been willing to pay her full price upon giving me the receipt EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DAMAGED AND WORN AND IN ROUGH SHAPE. I heard Nothing. She never came back and never called. I had texted her a few times in gratitude and bring in the receipt still no [redacted]. So I figured she dropped it.Now this. I am very upset because I HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT KIND, fair and told her Zi would pay her 100%of the ring once she brought me the receipt. Now, to go through a very busy organization such as yourself who help people with real issues when people are no compliant... to waste your hours upsets me. Again, I will repeat I was taking 100% FULL RESPONSIBILTY FOR the loss. I told her I'd pay for it with a receipt. I told the police man the same thing. This now has gone too far. I will pay her for the ring with  the receipt even though it's been six plus months and the ring was is a very worn, NOT NEW worn bent used condition...no problem. I didn't ask for payment on the repairs she took.  I have no idea why she has bothered your wonderful organization. I have been nothing but honest and compliant. I have gotten no receipt no word from her NOTHING. Thank you for you valuable timeSin celery[redacted]
