Thank you for taking the time to notify The Junk Truck of a complaint from one of our clients. We take customer service seriously and appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter. When Ms*** called to schedule a hot tub removal from our junk removal experts she did not tell
us that the hot tub was built into a surrounding raised deck. Once the team showed up to the property they started to cut the hot tub (which is how a junked hot tub is safely removed). Once they got a piece of the hot tub removed they realized that the deck would be compromised or damaged if they continued removing the attached hot tub. We did not want to be responsible for damaging their deck.We notified the client that part of the deck would need to be cut away or removed by them before we could proceed with the project. Ms*** has agreed to cut away part of the deck so we can have proper access to the hot tub. We have an appointment scheduled next week to finish removing the hot tub for them.
