I called Rick right before the holidays to remove unwanted items from the family home in Newburyport to prepare for the sale on New Year's eve. Not only did he call me back right away, but he gave me an estimate the following Saturday and performed the job the day after Christmas. Rick is a great guy and he and his team were professional and we were amazed how quickly the job was completed. Definitely and highly recommend "The Junk Wizard." Thanks!!!!

Rick and his team removed a truckload of furniture from an 11th floor apartment for me, They took some to a donation center and disposed of the rest, all for a very reasonable price. I had done some online research before I called Rick, and I feel sure that many others would have charged me much more to remove my items.
Rick was friendly, prompt, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Rick and his team did a great job on removing our hot tub. They were on time (actually a little bit early but that was fine). Completed the job in less than the expected time. Were amenable to add a few extra items. Tidied up nicely. It's good having a local expert.

I can't recommend Rick and his crew highly enough. I just had the cabinet doors in my kitchen replaced yesterday, leaving me with quite a few old, heavy thermo foil doors and accompanying hardware. I gave The Junk Wizard a call earlier this morning, got Rick on the phone, and arranged for an estimate later in the morning. He got back to me within about .5 hour and said he could swing by and give me an estimate. He was here in about 10 minutes, gave me a very reasonable price, and had his crew come in and take it away right then. So my junk is gone and it didn't break the bank. Rick and his crew get an A+! I’ve never used a junk removal company before, and I’m so glad I read their reviews and chose them. They were prompt, courteous, professional and quick! I asked to add two more items at the last minute. Not a problem for them. Their pricing was fair and competitive. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

We are grateful that we found The Junk Wizard. Rick and his team are amazing, kind and professional individuals who are the best in their business. The entire experience was delightful and the team was prepared for every single need that we had. Rick and his two associates were the ultimate for the time that was scheduled, and we asked them if they could remove a large, heavy room of furniture in addition to our initial request for removal of the junk we had contacted them. They are the only company that I will ever ask to return to our home. Rick and his guys are great!
I had lots of stuff to remove including an old sleeper sofa that they needed to cut up to get out of the house. An old refrigerator required the removal of a railing and a door. They also dismantled old shelving that was attached to the wall.
They worked fast, were polite and courteous, and cleaned up at the end.
The price was good too.
I would definitely call them again, and I would recommend them to anyone.
